President
Andrew M. Weir

Mr. Weir has been a licensed and practicing attorney at law for over 33 years and has been assigned an AV rating (legal ability rating of “A”—meaning very high to preeminent and a general recommendation rating of “V”—meaning very high) by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He was awarded his undergraduate and law degrees from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana (B.A. 1964; J.D. 1966). Mr. Weir, who served as a Judge Advocate General Corps officer in the United States Army Reserve, is a member of the Louisiana State, Jefferson Parish, and New Orleans Bar Associations, and of the Legal Section of the Commercial Law League of America.

He is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Weir has served on the Board of Directors for the Lighthouse for the Blind, the Easter Seal Society of Louisiana for Children and Adults with Disabilities, Inc., and the United Methodist Foundation for the State of Louisiana. He is a sought-after speaker for various social, religious and professional groups.

Chief Operating Officer Nancy Weir

Mrs. Weir has over 18 years of executive management experience in both retail and commercial collection agencies. Mrs. Weir attended the University of New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana. Formerly, She served as Chairperson of the Public Relations Committee for the American Collectors Association for the State of Louisiana.

Mrs. Weir also serves on the Membership Committee for the Commercial Law League of America, and has served for more than 3 years as a member of the Advisory Committee, appointed by the Honorable Larry L. Murray, Commissioner of Financial Institutions, State of Louisiana, to review the implementation and legislative modification of state licensing laws pertaining to collection agencies (LSA-R.S. 9:3576, et seq.)

Previously, Mrs. Weir served on the legislative committee for the Louisiana State Collectors Association incidental to the introduction and promulgation of the Louisiana state licensing law for collection agencies, LSA-R.S. 9:3576, et seq.

Chief Information Officer Troy Crovetto

Mr. Crovetto has over 15 years experience in computer technology. He studied computer programming at the University of Louisiana Lafayette and then continued his education studying Business at the University of New Orleans. This combination of study has allowed him to better match innovative technology to the real world business environment at Alexander & Hamilton, Inc.

With hands on knowledge of various software products, Mr. Crovetto continually works to optimize productivity by working with our Six Sigma teams. His experience includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft Server products, Microsoft Office, HTML Web Design, Graphics Design, Database Administration, Help Desk Support, Linux, and Network Security.

Director, Collections Bill Helmer

Mr. Helmer attended Southeastern University, Hammond, Louisiana, where he majored in management and finance. He has over 15 years of commercial collection industry experience. Previously he served as Director of Collections for the then-largest commercial collection agency in all of North America.

He is recognized as a leading authority in the area of training and developing collectors in various applications and business specialties. He has extensive experience in receivables management, auditing and fiscal analysis. Mr. Helmer spent part of his youth in Mexico City, Mexico, and is bilingual (English and Spanish) . He brings to his position an internationalist’s viewpoint and an in depth understanding of the nuances of export, trade and global business practices.
