The title of the position is Senior Account Executive reporting to the Director of Training.

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for contacting companies world-wide to offer Alexander & Hamilton’s wide array of business services: pre-collection services, traditional debt recovery services, investigative credit services, and consulting services.

The Senior Account Executive will market A & H’s menu of services via the Internet and over the phone.

The Senior Account Executive will also be charged with providing superior customer service to clients which entails acting as a liaison between the customer and other internal departments.

Newly hired Senior Account Executives will initially attend a one week training course and receive an overview of the debt recovery industry as well as the full menu of products A & H offers.

An introduction to A & H’s various departments will also be included during this initial training period.

New hires will receive ongoing training in the areas of sales and marketing as they commence their career with A & H.

A & H’s upper management will ensure that all Senior Account Executives develop an expertise in a particular industry segment.

New hires will also be encouraged to propose and implement marketing strategies in order to further diversify the manner in which A & H interfaces with its existing and potential clients.
